Welcome and thank you for visiting the EastGate website. As the Founder and CEO of EastGate, it’s my pleasure to introduce to you our dynamic organization, with the solutions we offer.
EastGate is a reputed provider of Membership Management solutions in Japan. It is by virtue of our never-ending zeal to satisfy our clients, we have a leadership position in this industry.
Our mission is to streamline, revitalize and advance the operation of all member management organizations through ‘SmartCore’, a membership management solution based on the MRM concept.
While CRM is a marketing-oriented software centered on customer response, MRM focuses on members who already belong to organizations, associations, and academic societies, thereby managing their information appropriately. As an essential member management strategy, the platform also facilitates communication between the organization and its members, which eventually leads to the progress of the organization.
Our solutions are the outcome of a multinational creative collaboration and hard work as our team consists of the Japan-based Research and Marketing department and the Indian-based Development and System Management department.
During the initial days of our business, people had intense apprehension towards the diversity aspect of our work culture, but I have always perceived it as a positive collaboration that strengthens our team, thereby growing our organization. Now after 15 years of being in the industry, we believe that it’s the unique multicultural teamwork that sets us apart from our competitors and makes our MRM(Member Relationship Management) solutions robust and universal.
During the committed process of developing our membership management software, we recognized the significance and future potential of the very concept on which it is based- MRM (Member Relationship Management). The comprehension of the same has made us set the goal of evolving into the world’s leading MRM software.
To realize our objective, we have a long way to go which demands constant hard work from me and our team. But yes, we are right now working hard with the collective aspiration of realizing our goal.
