EastGate develops and provides module functions that can be used on SmartCore (Membership management platform). In addition to the general-purpose functions such as Group, Event, Membership fee, and Corporate management, which are highly needed by various organizations, we also offer a wide range of functions specialized for the use of academic groups and associations, such as Point management, Abstract management, and Election management.

Group

Groups within an organization, such as subcommittees and circles, can manage rosters, use bulletin boards, share files, and display schedules. Flexible group management is possible by assigning a designated administrator for each group under the control of the office administrator.

Events

Forum events

This function is useful for holding events such as academic conventions, forums, conferences, symposiums, etc. where various sessions are held at multiple venues. It simplifies time-consuming and labor-intensive tasks such as overall timetable creation, reception management using QR codes, and collection of registration fees.

Abstract management

Abstract submission and peer review procedures are now online in one place. When linked with the forum function, even the conference programs can be managed collectively. This facilitates the smooth operation of academic conference and at the same time promote a paperless environment.

Point management

This function is designed to manage points (Credits) for educational and training programs and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) systems implemented by academic societies and associations, which support and promote qualification recognition and the maintenance and improvement of professional skills. Points awarded for participation in training programs, writing papers, presentations at conferences, e-learning, etc. can be registered in the database, linked to membership information, and managed from point application to acquisition status.

Questionnaire
